The board approves payment of invoice to Boyle, Pecharich, Cline, Whittington, and Stallings for $4,142.55 to cover legal service fees from 5/13/09-6/22/09 covering 2001 Bylaw questions following May Board meeting. **PASSED

**MOTION 101009c: The Board approves a resolution to authorize creation of the WFPA By-Law Committee to be chaired by Chuck Bowers and the WFPA grant committee to be chaired by John O’Hanesian consistent with the committee charter documents submitted to the WFPA. **PASSED
