Firefighter Appreciation Day

YOU’RE INVITED!  MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!

THE WALKER COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT WANTS YOU TO COME JOIN US FOR OUR 4TH ANNUAL FIREFIGHTER APPRECIATION DAY PIG ROAST AND POT LUCK.

DATE: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4th

TIME: 4-6PM

PLACE: WALKER COMMUNITY FIRE DEPARTMENT
(8 miles south of hwy 69 on Walker Rd)

This fundraiser will help support our firefighters medical training.

We would like to extend an invitation to all the members of our extended firefighting families in the greater Prescott area to come join us for this great day.

We will supply the pig, beans ad some light beverages. Please bring your favorite dish for the potluck. This has historically been a really fun time for families. It’s also one of our best attended events of the year that features:

Live Music courtesy of “guys with Day Jobs” (plenty of room for dancing)
The big, juicy, fire roasted pig, (hot from the smoker)
Another great Walker community pot luck, (bring grandma’s secret recipe)
50/50 drawing, (yes…you might win 1/2)
And a chance to meet and thank all of our hard working, volunteer Firefighters
