Walker Day is just around the corner, (June 28). The rummage sale has been a great Walker Day tradition. Please, please, (yes…I said it twice), remember to bring your items to donate to the annual meeting this Saturday, (9am).

I am also looking for four volunteers to help for a few hours at the rummage sale.

Yavapai County and Prescott National Forest will be moving from stage 1 burn restrictions to stage 2 burn restrictions this Friday May 23. These will likely remain in effect until a few days past the start of the rainy season.

The Proxy form contained in the recent newsletter has a typo that restricts the vote for WFPA Board candidates to three.

There are four vacancies this year and Proxies can have up to four votes for Board Candidates.

In addition to a great crowd, our first pancake Breakfast brought a wet and white surprise.  What a way to start our summer season, snow in April.
